Terms of Service
Please review these terms before creating your store or using Sellrr services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sellrr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for the products listed, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and customer communication. You agree not to list illegal, infringing, counterfeit, or prohibited items as defined under Indian law and Razorpay Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Subscription, Trial, and Cancellation
Sellrr Pro is billed at ₹399/month on a recurring subscription basis. Eligible merchants receive a 30-day free trial on initial signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing settings in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, store management access is maintained until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Payments and Direct Settlements
Customer transactions are processed through direct integration with merchant payment gateways (Razorpay). Funds are settled directly to the merchant's linked bank account according to their gateway's settlement cycle. Sellrr takes 0% commission on orders.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sellrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, order delivery disputes, or payment provider service interruptions.
