Information on service activation for Sellrr SaaS and shipping terms for storefront orders.
1. Digital Service Delivery (Sellrr Platform)
Sellrr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application providing online storefront creation, catalog management, and payment gateway connectivity:
- Instant Provisioning: Store creation, dashboard features, and storefront URLs are activated instantly upon account verification and onboarding.
- Subscription Access: Paid subscription plans and trial benefits are enabled automatically in real-time once checkout is verified by Razorpay.
- Confirmation: Order confirmations, receipts, and subscription invoices are dispatched immediately via email.
2. Physical Product Shipping (Storefront Orders)
Physical items purchased through individual seller stores built on Sellrr are dispatched and fulfilled directly by the respective merchant:
- Dispatch Time: Merchants generally process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery across India typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the courier partner chosen by the merchant and delivery destination.
- Tracking: Merchants provide tracking details directly to buyers via WhatsApp or SMS upon package dispatch.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges, free delivery thresholds, or Cash on Delivery (COD) availability are configured and displayed transparently at checkout by the merchant.
