Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear terms for Sellrr platform subscriptions and orders placed on merchant stores.

1. Sellrr Platform Subscriptions (Merchants)

Sellrr offers a 30-day free trial on store creation so you can test all features with zero risk. You may cancel your subscription anytime before or after your trial period:

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Dashboard > Settings > Billing. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which your account will not be charged again.
Refund Requests: If you were accidentally charged or experience technical issues preventing platform use, you may request a refund within 7 days of the billing date by emailing support@sellrr.app. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Storefront Customer Orders (Buyers)

Sellrr is a software platform that empowers independent merchants to operate their own online stores. When buyers purchase products from an individual storefront:

Merchant Responsibility: The individual store owner is directly responsible for setting and fulfilling return, replacement, and cancellation requests for their products.
Direct Payments: Customer payments go directly to the merchant's connected payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay). Sellrr does not hold customer funds or charge order commissions.
Order Cancellation: Buyers may request order cancellation prior to dispatch by contacting the merchant directly via the WhatsApp button or contact info displayed on their storefront and order confirmation invoice.
Disputes: If a merchant is unresponsive or fraudulent, buyers can report the store to Sellrr Support at support@sellrr.app for platform investigation and potential suspension.

3. Processing Time for Refunds

For both merchant subscription refunds and store customer refunds initiated via Razorpay:

UPI payments are typically refunded within 24–48 hours.
Net Banking, Debit, and Credit Cards usually reflect within 5–7 banking days depending on the issuing bank.
