Your privacy is fundamental to how we build and operate Sellrr.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account on Sellrr or set up a store, we collect necessary account information including your name, email address, password hash, phone number, and store branding information.

When customers place an order on a merchant storefront, customer delivery addresses and phone numbers are securely captured solely for order fulfillment and notification dispatch.

2. Payments and Financial Data

Sellrr does not store unencrypted credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN data. Payment credentials and customer transactions are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, primarily Razorpay.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain your storefront and dashboard.
To process order notifications, transactional emails, and WhatsApp updates.
To manage SaaS billing, subscriptions, and merchant direct charge integrations.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure network security.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell customer or merchant data to third-party data brokers. Data is shared exclusively with infrastructure providers necessary to run the platform (e.g. AWS for cloud storage, Razorpay for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp notifications).
